Shipping policy

We offer free shipping to US residents for orders above $150. For all other US orders, shipping is a flat rate of $10 USD. Hawaii and Puerto Rico have a flat shipping rate of $23 USD.

We offer free shipping to Canadian residents for orders above $200. For all other Canadian orders, shipping is a flat rate of $13.50 CAD. Please note that we have temporarily suspended shipping to Quebec at this time.

WHAT SHIPPING CARRIERS DO YOU USE?

Orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, FEDEX, Landmark Global, Apple Express, and Canada Post.

DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?

We currently only ship to the Continental United States, including Hawaii and Puerto Rico, plus Canada at this time. Shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address of your order.

I CANNOT FIND MY ORDER THAT HAS BEEN MARKED DELIVERED. CAN YOU HELP?

Pboocare will provide tracking information for every order. We will not be responsible if marked delivered and you are unable to find your order. Please keep close attention to each tracking details.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Check your email for a separate shipment email with tracking information. Please allow 1-3 business days to process and prepare your order for shipment. Depending on your location, it may take another 5-8 business days to arrive. Please note that our warehouses are closed on major holidays and shipping may be slightly delayed during those seasons.
